QB-H Series Medium Voltage Soft Starter

ATA QB-H series medium-voltage soft starters are designed for the start, operation, stop control and protection of medium-voltage AC motors, serving as an ideal replacement for traditional direct-on-line, star-delta and autotransformer starters. They adopt computer control and power electronics technology, with medium-voltage high-power thyristors as main circuit components. By adjusting the thyristor conduction angle, they realize smooth voltage regulation and contactless motor start-stop. Starting the motor with optimal current, they reduce grid impact, vibration, noise and mechanical stress, and prolong equipment service life. Ideal for heavy-duty applications such as pumps, fans, compressors and crushers in mining, power, oil & gas and steel industries, they deliver robust performance with comprehensive protection features for demanding industrial environments.

Medium-Voltage Thyristors with Full Protection

Medium-voltage thyristors serve as the main circuit components, equipped with voltage
sharing protection and over-voltage protection systems.

High-Isolation Trigger Technology

Advanced optical fiber or magnetic ring transmission technology isolates the trigger
detection of medium-voltage thyristors from the low-voltage control circuit.

Dual-CPU Structure

The advanced digital signal processor (DSP) executes core control, while the microcontroller manages data and communication—ensuring real-time, efficient device control, intuitive display, high reliability and good stability.

Strong Anti-Interference Capability

Multi-level signal processing and isolation technology gives the system strong anti-interference capability.

Multilingual, User-Friendly Operation

Chinese/English display, membrane keys, simple operation and user-friendly interface.

Industrial Communication Support

Equipped with RS-485 or Profibus communication interfaces, enabling communication
with upper computers or central control centers.
